Terms and Conditions

Reelt is a tool for calculating and documenting your real disposable income. The service includes: • Upload and analysis of bank statements (CSV, XLSX, OFX and PDF) • Automatic categorization of transactions • Calculation of average income and expenses • Generation of reports for banks, advisors or authorities Uploading your statement and checking the data is free. The figures and the report require a purchase. There are two paid products: • Bank-ready report, 249 DKK. A one-time purchase. The report is delivered as a PDF and an Excel export, and you keep access to download the purchased version. It does not renew automatically. • Annual subscription, 499 DKK per year. A subscription with unlimited reports and updates for 12 months. It renews automatically until you cancel. Reelt is not financial advice, and we do not promise any particular answer from your bank.

Prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Bank-ready report, 249 DKK. • A one-time payment. The amount is charged once. • The report is delivered both as a PDF and as an Excel export. • The purchase covers one finished report based on the data you approve before payment. You can view and download the same report without a time limit. You cannot change its data or replace its documents. New analyses require another purchase or an active annual subscription. Corrections before purchase are free. Previously granted access is preserved. • The purchase does not renew and you will not be charged again. Annual subscription, 499 DKK per year. • This is a subscription. The amount is charged once a year. • It renews automatically every year until you cancel. • The renewal price is the price in force at that time. If we change the price, you will be notified by email well before renewal so you have time to cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. How to do it: • Log in and go to your account page. • Click 'Manage' next to your subscription. This opens Stripe's billing portal. • Choose to cancel the subscription. After cancelling: • You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. • No further payments are taken. • There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you cannot get it to work, write to support@reeltapp.com and we will cancel it for you.

The report (one-off purchase): The report is digital content delivered immediately once you have paid. At checkout you expressly ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you accept that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses, under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act rules on digital content. A delivered purchase can therefore be neither cancelled nor refunded. Annual subscription: You can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase or a renewal if you have not downloaded a report in that period. Use the withdrawal function on the "Right of withdrawal" page or write to support@reeltapp.com from the email address you bought with. Errors in the report: If the report you received contains an error, we correct it. Write to support@reeltapp.com.

IMPORTANT: Reelt does NOT provide financial advice. Our calculations and reports are solely documentation based on your own transaction data. They do not constitute: • Financial advice • Loan guarantee or credit assessment • Investment recommendations • Legal or accounting advice Always seek professional advice before making important financial decisions.

We strive to provide accurate calculations, but you are responsible for: • Ensuring uploaded bank statements are correct and complete • Verifying that transaction categorization is correct • Checking the final result before use • Informing us of any errors Calculations are only as accurate as the data you upload.

Reelt cannot be held liable for: • Loss or damage resulting from use of the service • Decisions made based on our calculations • Loan or credit rejections based on our reports • Calculation errors caused by incorrect data • Temporary unavailability of the service Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

You may not use Reelt for: • Uploading others' data without their consent • Attempting to bypass security measures • Automated scraping or data collection • Commercial resale of reports • Any illegal activity Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via: • Email to registered users • Notice in the app Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
