You can upload bank statements and review transactions and categories without payment. The key figures, disposable income, and the PDF and Excel report are unlocked with purchase. You do not need an account or payment card to start.

We never ask for access to your online banking. Statements and information are processed automatically, including by external processors. If you are signed in, analyses can be saved to your account. We do not sell your information. See file formats, providers, storage and deletion on the data handling page.Data handling and privacy

We support 130+ Danish and international bank formats, including Danske Bank, Nordea, Jyske Bank and Spar Nord. If your bank can export the statement as CSV, XLSX, OFX or PDF, you can use Reelt. If we do not recognise the format we say so, rather than guessing at your figures.

The calculation follows fixed arithmetic rules using your transactions. The result depends on including the relevant accounts and periods and using correct categories. Reelt shows data quality and any gaps so you can review the information before buying the report.

The report brings together disposable income, calculation details and transactions in PDF and Excel so you can share the figures with your bank or adviser. The bank decides which documentation it requires.Try it yourself

It is a PDF of a few pages that you can pass on to your bank advisor or a case worker. It shows your monthly disposable income, the income and expenses the figure was calculated from, which period your statements cover, and how many of your transactions have been given a category. The point is that the advisor can follow the arithmetic without asking you for more paperwork. Reelt is not a certified accountant, and the report is not an audited document.

Calendar months group your transactions from the 1st to the last day of the month. Pay cycles group them from your payday to the day before the next one. If you are paid on the 25th, rent paid on the 1st falls in two different periods depending on the view, which is why the figure can move noticeably. Your answer is calendar months. That is the default view, and it is the figure printed in the report you can send to your bank. Pay cycles are an extra on-screen view (useful for "what do I have between two paydays") but they are not what the report documents, and note that a partial period at each end of the statement drags the average down. If you need one figure for the bank, use calendar months and use the same figure throughout.

Your statement is used to read transactions and calculate your financial overview. Processing depends on the file format and features you use and may involve external processors. The data handling page explains what information is processed, by whom, and how to delete it.

Data Handling

A report is a one-time purchase including PDF and Excel. The purchased version is locked, with no recurring charge. New analyses require another purchase or an annual subscription. The annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled under Manage on your account page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Terms of Service

The report is digital content delivered immediately once you have paid. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses. A delivered purchase can therefore not be cancelled or refunded. The annual subscription can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded a report in that period. If there is an error in your report, write to support@reeltapp.com and we will correct it.

Disposable income is inflows minus fixed costs. It shows what is available for spending after costs such as rent, loans and insurance. Net is disposable income minus variable spending and shows your surplus or deficit. Reelt shows both figures and the transactions behind them. The report uses calendar months. Check that all relevant accounts and information are included and correct categories before purchase.

You can upload files up to 20 MB, and we process up to 25,000 postings in a single file. For individuals we recommend at most 12 months of data (typically 500-2,000 postings). If a file holds more than 25,000 postings we say so and decline it. We never show a disposable-income figure calculated from only part of your statement. Export a shorter period from your bank instead.
